Refund Policy – Tech ARIT

At Tech ARIT, we are committed to delivering reliable onboarding, setup, training, and technical support for the Official WhatsApp Business API. As our services involve third-party approvals, digital activations, and dedicated technical resources, all payments made toward WhatsApp API subscription plans are strictly non-refundable.
1. No Refund After Activation
Once the WhatsApp Business API onboarding process has been initiated or the WABA account has been activated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
This includes:
Registration submitted to Meta
Number verification, setup, or approval steps started
Panel login access shared
2. Third-Party (Meta) Approval Dependency
WhatsApp Business API activation is governed by the policies and approval mechanisms of Meta (WhatsApp).
Tech ARIT only facilitates onboarding and technical support.
Therefore, any delay, rejection, restriction, or limitation imposed by Meta does not qualify for a refund, including but not limited to:
Display name rejections
Business verification delays
Template rejections
Message rate limitations
3. Service Usage Considered Once Access Is Granted
The payment is considered fully utilized once any part of the service has been delivered, including:
Sharing of WhatsApp API panel/portal access
Onboarding assistance
Training provided
Technical setup performed
API key or dashboard access provided
At this stage, the subscription is treated as consumed and becomes non-refundable.
4. Subscription Validity
The subscription will remain active for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 year from activation).
Clients may choose not to continue using the service; however:
No refund will be issued for unused time
No part of the subscription fee is prorated
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation at any time.
Cancellation will:
Stop future access to the platform upon expiry
Not entitle the client to any refund
All cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios (For Avoidance of Doubt)
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of business decision
Inactivity or non-usage of the service
Choosing another provider after activation
Account restriction by Meta due to policy violations
Delay caused by incomplete documents or required approvals from the client’s end
